Crushers
Regarding to the type and size of material we are able to recommend and support our presses with the most suitable crushers, choosen with regard to the requested power, size of input material and request for automation of production. Volumes of input materials for crushing is important for choosing optimal size of crushing room, price and input of the crusher.
Crusher can be equipped with hopper optimal for manual filling with materials or the material can be delivered to the hopper by conveyor.

Rotary bagging unit RS
Is suitable for easy packing briquettes to the bags. Bagging unit is delivered mounted without PE bags and connection wires. Welded stand is ready for mounting three tensometric sensors in three standing pillars. In the middle of the stand is massive metal column, to this column are mounted six or ten holders. Height of the holder is changeable regarding to the requested size. PE bags are catched to the stand by the staples, which are also covering free space between and direct the path of the briquette falling into the bag. The rotary stand is placed under the briquette outlet from the briquette pipeline.
Standart type RS
After switching on, the stand starts to rotate and the briquettes fall into all sacks simultaneously. This solution requires supervision and manual import of bag weight. The bags are closed only after the residual moisture has evaporated and is not automated. Bags are easily folded on a pallet and fixed with stretch foil. The stand can be equipped with adjustable height of holders - marking V.
Type with weighing-machine RS-W
When the briquettes are switched on, they will start to fall into the first bag and the rack will not be turned until the set weight of the briquettes is accurately weighed into the bag. Weight measurement using three strain gauges eliminates inaccurate weighing due to uneven weight distribution on the rack. The balance control system allows you to set the desired bag weight on the display. If all bags are full, the rack will stop and signal the need to change bags. It is possible to reset the balance at any time or to continue weighing after removing full bags or power failure. Automatic weighing is very accurate. The bags are closed only after the residual moisture has evaporated and is not automated. Bags are easily folded on a pallet and fixed with stretch foil. It is a device that ensures the continuous filling of briquettes into six bags at the same time without their rotation. This even filling is ensured only by the swivel trough, which directs the briquettes falling into individual bags. The rotary movement of the trough is derived from the sliding movement of the briquettes in the briquette line, so the device does not need additional energy for operation. The rotating trough is supported by bearings on the central part of the pedestal and its rotary movement is provided by a special mechanism located at the outlet of the briquette pipeline. PE bags are fastened to the rack by clips, which also cover the free space between individual bags and direct the path of briquettes falling into the bag. Adjustable legs of the construction ensure quick alignment even on uneven ground.
